In close cooperation with our clients we manage large domain name portfolios, launch new gTLDs, monitor and take down infringing content on the Internet, and give advice on new trends and threats.
Domain Name Management
Competition Is In the Detail
As a core service, we deliver domain name registrations and management worldwide, including all ccTLDs, IDNs and new gTLDs.
In addition to the more or less commoditized domain name services, we differ by creating and implementing domain name policies balancing resources and budgets with our clients’ needs for online brand promotion and protection.
Most of our clients have decided to outsource the daily administrative tasks to us – including coordination of domain name registration and DNS updates with subsidiaries and agencies.
As an agile and flexible company we are able to adapt our services to the specific needs and organizational structures and workflows of each of our clients. Some clients have a need for enhanced security levels, others for response guarantees, and yet others prefer basic services at lower cost.
Our concept is backed by our explicit service level agreement with delivery guarantees and with explicit penalties in case the SLA should not be met.
Having transferred numerous large domain name portfolios, we have developed a uniquely secure and smooth migration plan and scheme, which remove the headache of changing domain name providers and almost eliminate switching cost.
Results Delivered – Not Just Problems Presented
We offer all known types of brand monitoring covering domain names, social media profiles, auction sites, websites, phishing, malware, trademark registrations, apps, and adwords. Our services are all inclusive – once you get to know us, as our other clients know us, you will only see and hear about results and not about problems. We report to you what has been taken down, or which case is to be handed over to your law firm or law enforcement. Initially, we will of course – in a mutual learning process – involve you in all cases, before submitting take down notifications or c/d letters
If you are facing challenges in China or other specific countries, we would be happy to explore with you, if we can assist you protecting your brand. As a standard commoditized service, we deliver monitoring for domain registrations in all the new gTLDs including those in Chinese script. You can order monitoring services with or without our filtering, analysis, and take down services.
Let us help you apply for and operate your own new gTLD
In 2012 we assisted more than a dozen brands and regions applying for their own generic Top Level Domains (new gTLD). We assisted with planning, applying, delegating, operating and launching such TLDs as .ZUERICH, .BMW, .MINI, .FRESENIUS, .EMERCK, .DVAG, .TUI, .SPIEGEL and .CAM.
Our applications all passed the extensive ICANN evaluation with top scores.
The next ICANN application window may open in 2019 or in 2020 so it is time now to start planning for your company´s own TLD.
We are willing to share our experiences and competences with you and your team.
Read our guide on all the steps you need to go through here and please reach out to Jannik Skou to explore, if we can help you manage your TLD project from planning to launching.
Analysis, Strategy, and Action
We love engaging with our clients when it comes to creating and implementing online brand protection strategies.
We prefer to base our advice on facts gathered in audits, analysis, research, and best practice.
We have been engaged in numerous consulting projects including:
- Applications and operations of new gTLDs
- Defining and implementing online brand protection strategies, domain name strategies, workflow optimizations, outsourcing of operational tasks, research and investigation.
- Integrating merged companies
- Advising country code domain registries on policy issues.
- Advising brand owners on ICANN policy development
- We thus have broad experience from working with large brands, as well as with registrars and registries.
Do you regret not having applied for your own gTLD in this round? Having assisted as many as 28 new gTLD applications, we are interested in engaging in dialogue with potential applicants for future rounds.
