As a core service, we deliver domain name registrations and management worldwide, including all ccTLDs, IDNs and new gTLDs.
In addition to the more or less commoditized domain name services, we differ by creating and implementing domain name policies balancing resources and budgets with our clients’ needs for online brand promotion and protection.
Most of our clients have decided to outsource the daily administrative tasks to us – including coordination of domain name registration and DNS updates with subsidiaries and agencies.
As an agile and flexible company we are able to adapt our services to the specific needs and organizational structures and workflows of each of our clients. Some clients have a need for enhanced security levels, others for response guarantees, and yet others prefer basic services at lower cost.
Our concept is backed by our explicit service level agreement with delivery guarantees and with explicit penalties in case the SLA should not be met.
Having transferred numerous large domain name portfolios, we have developed a uniquely secure and smooth migration plan and scheme, which remove the headache of changing domain name providers and almost eliminate switching cost.

We offer all known types of brand monitoring covering domain names, social media profiles, auction sites, websites, phishing, malware, trademark registrations, apps, and adwords. Our services are all inclusive – once you get to know us, as our other clients know us, you will only see and hear about results and not about problems. We report to you what has been taken down, or which case is to be handed over to your law firm or law enforcement. Initially, we will of course – in a mutual learning process – involve you in all cases, before submitting take down notifications or c/d letters
